This is part of Seth Aaron's hidden collection made for Season 7 of Project Runway.
Here's more of the edgy design you all have come to expect from Seth. If you watched the Project Runway Show, you may recall he created two entire collections for Season 7 finale. Tim Gunn asked him to create more, after my first collection was designed. The hidden collection not shown was property of the show, until now. They sold off individual pieces through the Seen On Auction site. This is a gem of a dress from that hidden collection! Directly from Project Runway to Seen On to the boutique. It's metallic silk with black trim, asymmetrical zipper front, peplum detailing in the front and back.

Come meet Seth Aaron Henderson, reigning winner of Project Runway.

It's his Premier TRUNK SHOW/party since winning the design show, and it's at my boutique in Portland, Oregon.

We're pleased to showcase Seth Aaron Henderson as the featured guest at our downstairs gallery space on Friday, August 6 from 6-9.

Henderson took home the big prize on the hit show thanks to his daring high-fashion, edgy aesthetic and expert trademark tailoring. Heidi Klum, Faith Hill and Gwen Stephani are some of his biggest supporters.


Hanna is modeling a Seth Aaron original dress, $375.

As part of the Multnomah Village First Friday event, you’ll get a chance to meet the personable and larger-than-life designer and see his stunning, detailed work up close and personal. This is Henderson's PREMIER trunk show since being declared the winner.
Henderson is also designing a collection of these signature pins, that he makes himself and autographs available here.

I’m a bit partial, but I have the most darling customers in the world.

Gosh, I love it when my friends and customers send me their pics of themselves wearing apparel or jewelry from my boutique. These images, to me, are reminiscent of a glossy Ralph Lauren glossy photo spread, only better. The girls came in and purchased lots that day, including these Suzabelle coats. The photos were taken on their working horse ranch, just outside of Portland.

Hmm, when I stop for a moment and think about all the designers that are featured in my teeny, tiny boutique, I pause on Suzabelle, who season after season, consistently comes out with the most gorgeous, fashion-forward coats, jackets, dresses, tops and skirts. She just focuses on the details that make the design special. And her designs are always unique and her seams are flawless.

Guess, it's no wonder, the designer and my friend, Suzie Jarberg was aptly named the "Seattle Coat Queen." The details on her coats...all the pieces really...are so sweet. Check out the rest of the Suzabelle collection at Anne Bocci Boutique.
Plus I love to offer the best pricing around. Pictured above is the putty-hued Belleterre cropped jacket and the black and white Greenstreet wool coat. In my opinion, the Greenstreet coat by Suzabelle featured above is designed as well as a Ralph Lauren coat costing thousands, yet better. It was $298 and now just $190 at my boutique.

Project Runway runway ensembles available at Anne Bocci Boutique.

Having Project Runway withdrawals? Now you can own a piece of history and look pretty darn mod doing it! I adore this mod sweater made of mohair and genuine patent leather. These actual runway ensembles from the New York Mercedes-Benz Fashion Show are available at my boutique. Judge Michael Kors stated that he was turned on by the pops of shine in Mila's collection - like on this cropped mixed media ensemble. Even at the finale party Project Runway winner, Seth Aaron Henderson and Tina, his wife were singing the praises of Mila's collection. They both loved it. There is a similar sense of chicness and in-your-face style to both collections. But why compare them? Because despite how it shook out in the judging, Tom and Lorenzo, bloggers for Project Runway feel that Mila was a very close second to Seth Aaron Henderson's win. Both collections were very strong and very cohesive.

The details on this black and white coat were provided to me by the designer, Mila Hermanovski, herself. Just a note: the final three designers, Seth Aaron, Mila and Emilio were each allowed $9,000 for their ten looks, so this is a quality piece made from nice materials. Mila says, "This gorgeous wool jacket can fit anyone from a 2-6. It comes in a bit at the hip/hem. The coat is VERY finished...100% wool with REAL patent leather trim/cuffs, fully lined, working pockets. Hidden jumbo snap closure."

Judge Michael Kors commented that Mila "killed the girl dancing the Frug in a cage and made her oh-so-modern and desirable." Now you can capture the best of the 60s with this sassy striped ensemble from Mila's collection.

Seth Aaron Henderson wins Project Runway!
Oh happy day. Boy, even after beer after beer, that boy never let on that he was the winner!!!
Woot! Seth Aaron Henderson has been a designer in my teeny, tiny boutique since the day I opened my doors. He's a friend, a sweetheart, and a meticulous designer.


Tim Gunn says, "Talk about making clothes that are unbelievably polished." Michael Kors talking about Seth Aaron Henderson.

Seth Aaron waltzed out, thanked his family, and announced his collection was an homage to 1940s German and Russian military looks. What he designed and sent down the runway was bold and strong: exaggerated plaids, bold yellow and patent leather, confidently bested by houndstooth, and plaids tucked, folded, quilted, layered and belted into a cohesive collection of statement dresses, coats, and skinny pants. New wave Gwen Stephani with a touch of Marc Jacobs. I'm such a lucky girl to sell his line in my tiny boutique in a classic Norman Rockwell neighborhood of Portland, Oregon.
Woot. Go Seth. Portland loves you. Maybe if we just follow our dreams and ignore the the naysayers...

About this time of every year, the anticipation builds around my teeny, tiny boutique as we await our Fall shipment of the Suzabelle collection. Suzanne Jaberg, the brains behind the Suzabelle name, has just released her Autumn/Winter 2010 Lookbook. Suzabelle’s richly detailed designs are my best-selling line and it's no secret she's reached almost a cult following. Her designs are on the floors of only independent boutiques across the states, yet with her signing with her new rep. Bernadette Mopera, L.A., Suzabelle may be more of a household name.
